Erskineville Terrace

The Brief

This heritage terrace on Malcolm Street, Erskineville, started as a three-bedroom home with all the character of the inner west but a layout that no longer matched how the owners wanted to live. The brief was ambitious: reimagine it as a modern four-bedroom residence, adding an additional level and integrating state-of-the-art technology throughout.

MKH delivered a luxury transformation from front to back. Premium natural stone and timber finishes run throughout, and a custom sliding gate opens onto two dedicated parking spaces via a private laneway, a rare and valuable feature for a terrace in this pocket of Sydney.
